Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
